Bacon Red Pepper Jelly Dip

A warm, creamy dip with crispy bacon and a sweet pepper jelly glaze — perfect for parties and snacking.
Ingredients
- 6oz Hungry Bear Red Pepper Jam
- 8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 cup Cooked, Chopped Bacon
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/3 cup Green Onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, cooked bacon, green onions, and half of the red pepper jam. Stir until well mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Microwave the remaining pepper jam for about 20 seconds, or until it's runny. Pour over the baked dip and gently spread it with the back of a spoon.
- Top with extra green onion and serve warm with crackers, chips, or sliced baguette. Enjoy!
