You ever just wake up one day and decide to start a business? Thats how this journey began.

 

Born and raised in Alaska, I discovered my love for culinary arts early on, earning two state culinary medals before graduating high school with two years of formal training. My career path took many twists and turns, but ultimately, my passion for bold, unique flavors led me to create Hungry Bear Jellies.

Founded in 2018 during a berry-picking adventure with my little brother, Hungry Bear Jellies began with a spark of culinary curiosity and a single flavor—Blueberry Jalapeño. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to crafting adventurous jams and jellies, bringing the wild flavors of Alaska to locals and fans across the lower 48.
