Bacon Red Pepper Jelly Dip

A warm and creamy dip with crispy bacon and sweet heat from our Red Pepper Jam.

Ingredients:
  • 6oz Red Pepper Jam
  • 8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Cooked, Chopped Bacon
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 cup Green Onion, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or pie dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, cooked bacon, green onions, and half of the red pepper jam. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  5. Microwave the remaining pepper jam for about 20 seconds, or until it's runny. Pour over the baked dip and gently spread it with the back of a spoon.
  6. Top with extra green onion and serve warm with crackers, chips, or sliced baguette. Enjoy!

Tofu Vegetable Stir Fry

Tofu Vegetable Stir Fry

A bold, flavorful stir fry with tofu and vegetables tossed in our Spicy Caribbean Jam.

Ingredients:
  • 16oz Stir Fry Vegetables
  • 4oz Hungry Bear Spicy Caribbean Jam
  • 6oz Spaghetti Pasta
  • 14oz Block Extra Firm Tofu
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions:
  1. Press the tofu: Drain the tofu and place in between paper towels with a heavy object on top to remove excess moisture. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cook the pasta: meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the tofu: Cut the tofu into 1 inch cubes. Heat a skillet or wok over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once the oil shimmers, add the tofu, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5–8 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Cook the vegetables: Add the stir fry vegetables to the pan and sauté for about 8 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Combine everything: Add the cooked pasta and Spicy Caribbean Jam to the pan. Stir well to combine and heat through.
  6. Serve & enjoy!
