Blueberry Bourbon Glazed Chicken Kebabs
Sweet, tangy, and smoky kebabs glazed with our signature Blueberry Bourbon Jam — perfect for grilling season!
Ingredients
For the Marinade:
- 1/4 cup Blueberry Bourbon Jam
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Salt & Pepper to taste
For the Kebabs:
- 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast or Thighs, cut into 1.5" cubes
- 1 Red Onion, cut into chunks
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 Zucchini, sliced
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Make the Marinade: Whisk all marinade ingredients until smooth.
- Marinate: Toss chicken in marinade for 30 min–overnight.
- Assemble: Thread chicken and veggies onto skewers.
- Grill: Grill 12–15 min, turning occasionally.
- Glaze: Brush with extra jam at the end.
- Serve: Garnish and enjoy.
